Benchtop MV/NIRS
How it Works:
Pour the Grain
Load your 1 - 2 kg sample into the benchtop unit and let it do its thing!Review the Analysis
Using advanced imaging and systems like Machine Vision, Machine Learning and Near-Infrared Spectroscopy, the benchtop evaluates each sample for visual and non-visual factors as per grading guidelines.Receive Comprehensive Results
Immediate, detailed grading results in your hands to make the most profitable marketing and operational decisions.
The Grain Grading Process Made Simple
The benchtop makes the grain grading process simple by quickly delivering precise grading results for a variety of grain types. Visual results include factors like damaged and diseased kernels, foreign materials, other grains and more! Non-Visual results include quality assessments like protein and moisture. Our Canadian Hard Red Spring Wheat grading model includes over 55 unique visual characteristics for assessments of individual factors as well as Degree of Soundness, Hard Vitreous Kernels and Wheats of other Classes.
